• Lease or purchase a closed church space with a parking lot and kitchen

• Renovation, convert kitchen to a commercial kitchen for a public health permit

• Kitchen equipment and tools such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens, pots, pans, and tools

• Renovation of nave (main area where the congregation worships and hears sermons) into a theatre-like space for seminars and workshops (we will budget conscious)

• Furnish rooms for workshops and activities

• Outdoor furnishings for activities

• Office furnishings and equipment
